This is a one owner unit purchased by a summer visitor from Texas. It has been used only 2 months in August and September in 2018 and 2019. It was not used at all in 2020. It is like new and in excellent condition with all the bells and whistles including a universal docking station with EZ winterization. Special features include an extra large 12 cu ft refrigerator, a convection/microwave, built in coffee bar, wall hugger heated theatre seats with massage feature, full pantry, queen bed with extended closet. There is storage under the bed for extra chairs and bedding,etc. It has a free standing table with chairs (2 folding). There are hook-ups for a washer and dryer. The water heater is on demand or propane. The floors and the furniture are in excellent condition. This unit has 2 awnings in excellent condition. There are also 2 air conditioners on this unit. The tires are the original tires that came on the unit. This RV hasn't traveled more than 1000 miles since it was purchased. This Reflection has been stored inside each winter (October to May). The RV has only been into the RV dealership ( Good Life RV in Webster City, Iowa) when a recall was issued. It is all documented and with the owner manuals that came with the Reflection. Fresh water holds 60 gallons, gray tank 118 gallons & black water 43 gallons. There is a separate gray water tank for the washer which has never been used. The unloaded weight is 8994 lbs, the hitch weight is 1065 lbs. The entry steps are easy open, won't rust or bind and are 100% aluminum.
