We have driven this RV very little. We bought it primarily because we sold our house in PA before we had secured another property in Florida so we used it in an RV park for three months until we closed on our new home. We had no issues with it. We have take it out for short trips within Florida and It is great. We bought the extended warranty that covers both the cabin and the engine and transmission. The warranty is transferable. We put two new tires on it as well. We added the awning to it at the time of purchase. Cruise America is selling the same RV for $45,000 base price no awning $1000 and no extended warranty $4000. This is a great deal and we are firm on our price. We are selling because we bought a rehab property and do not have time to travel for some time. We also decided that for our needs our next RV in the future when we finish our rehab needs to be bigger because of my physical limitations. I am on a walker and need more room. It is a great RV for a couple with a one or two children, but not for a senior with waking and climbing issues.
