This is a 30 amp power hookup RV, with an 80 gal fuel tank, 20.8 lbs propane tank, 50 fresh water tank, both grey and black tanks are 44 gal. Pre-wired for solar panels Seatbelts for 6, Auto leveling jacks, two slides out, fridge which works with propane or electric. The stove works with propane. It has 3 burners, and an oven. This RV is also equipped with an outdoor kitchen and a 32" TV. Over the air antenna, cable hook-up for all 3 TV's 3 DVD players, Onan Generator QG 4000 on board, 6 gallon water heater that can be heated electric or propane, 15,000BUT air conditioning, 18 ft power awning. Sleeping areas: King master, Convertible Sofa, Convertible Dinette, electric drop down Cab-Over Bunk. It has an 8k lbs towing capacity.
What have I done to it? It has a new generation that I replaced in 2019, the 2 slide out fabrics replaced in 2020 and the awning fabric replaced in march 2021, entire auto level system in march 2021, new motor for kitchen slides in 2020, RV water pump july 2021, heating system in june 2021, new soft closing lid porcelain toilet in 2020. There are some normal wear and tear in the dinette corners. The outside stickers were faded when I bought it and now some are cracked. The RV works great as well as the engine no issues at all. This RV is paid off and we have the title on hand
