This is a Forest River Cherokee 294BH it is all but new. We purchased the camper before we purchased an orchard and we simply do not have time to use it. The camper has been used on one vacation, but the bathroom has never been used. We camped beside the bathhouse so we just used that. This camper has 2 bedrooms. The front bedroom has a queen bed and the back bedroom has a queen fold-out as well as 2 bunks. There is a working gas fireplace which is great for heat, as well as a heat/air conditioning system. This also has a great outdoor kitchen which helps to keep the camper cool in the summer. 2 entrances make it accessible through the bathroom so the outdoors won't be tracked throughout the camper. Loads of USB plugs are available throughout the camper. there is a roll-out awning with a television hookup and speakers underneath. It also includes an outdoor shower between the 2 slide-outs. All of the hook-up hoses are included.
