For sale is a beautiful Airstream Interstate,
2 owner Rv, has been very well taken care of, inside and outside in exelent condition. Stored Indoors since new. No accidents, clean Carfax. Besides few nights on the longer road trips, never lived in. No pets, no smoke, no food making inside. I owned Rv for almost 4 years, found stock A/C set up quite uncomfortable for passengers in higher than 95F temps. In the front of cabin, additional floor ducts been installed to channel cold air from dash directly to second row captain chairs.( all Oem MB parts) originally only cold air for second row passengers comes from dash vents about 7ft away!!! . In the back additional 3rd a/c unit has been installed. It's electric high efficiency 8k BTU system it is used for back seat passengers. It works without running the generator. Similar mini splits are used in Road Trek RVs. The a/ c been installed inside cabinet using 3d printed air ducts. ( see video). completely changed the comfort of the back seat passengers. The Onan generator been removed, and additional 3 AGM house batteries installed. Raising the capacity to 540 Ah. This allows using the 3rd a/c for long hours without running the engine. Extra manual battery cut off switch been installed under side bed. Allows complete power disconect when stored for longer (original set up slowly drains house bat when Rv not plugged in shore power) besides extra batteries and cut off switch all electrical components are stock.
This RV is based on 2015 Mercedes Sprinter 3500 chassis, it comes with HID headlights, heated windshield, lane assist system, park assist system, back up camera, solar panel, leather wrapped steering wheel, 3M crystaline tinted side windows, new front tires, rears @ about 30k miles. Because of recent MB BlueTech emmision recall in 2021 van has been fitted with entire new emmision system, including catalytic converter, def sensors, temp sensors, as well as the rest of exhaust pipe, brackets and hangers. This recall comes with a 120k mile DEF system warranty from MB, which is transferable to new owner.
