Few miles on the wheels. I mostly lived in it while attending grad school. It has power tongue and stablizers, cap lights, external speakers, blue led lights for the steps and awening. Comes with a 42" smart tv and theres a Wifi booster that came with the trailer. Duel AC units keep it nice in the hot summer and they are ducted. There is an electric heater as well option for the main cabin and gas heat for both. The under belly is insulated and has forced air heat to keep you warm in the winter. I lived in it when the -11 freeze hit texas and I stayed plenty warm with just a couple space heaters. Appliances work great and the water heater does a good job for 1 shower. It takes about 10 minutes to recharge for multiple showers. Lots of storage in the kitchen and master bedroom. It comes with all the sewer lines needed, supports, 50 amp power cord, heated water hose (though it kicks on at 47 degrees and sucks the electricty so I kept it unplugged unless I knew it was going to freeze). It came with fire alarms and carbon monoxcide detector. Its a great camper for a family, plenty of space for everyone and is great for weekend excursions or living in for an extended time.
