34 foot long, 3 slide, king bed, 4 door refrigerator, kitchen island, fantastic fan in the kitchen. Large shower, porcelain toilet, Leather sofa with pull out bed, optional dining set upgrade. The stock recliners were replaced with stressless recliners, price reflect they do not match. the stock new set costs $1250.

The 5th wheel has washer and dryer hookups. The unit has heavy duty auto- leveling jacks and 50 amp service.

We bought it new in late 2017, everything works perfectly, the AC unit was upgraded to a heat pump, the kings size bed was upsized to a residential king Sealy bed. It has 2 TVs; the bedroom was upgraded to a Roku 1080p smart TV.

It is well cared for, it was never wrecked and has never leaked, it looks and smells new. We added awnings over all the slides. and added a second 12-volt battery. We are looking to downsize our RV. 5th Wheel was stored in a shop at the old house and is now shop stored again. For just over a year it was stored outside, when the new shop was beaing built, but it always heated.
