Really Good condition. Used for a few weekends a year on private property. 80W of Solar Power on roof which works great for dry camping. Never ran out of power for the basics. During summer time, use of generator allows for the 13,000 BTU air conditioner to cool off. No Leaks and just resealed the roof joints as preventative measure.
Tires have less than 150 miles on them (new in Dec 2019). Inverters, two 12V DC deep cycle batteries, and solar chargers included. Tv antennae and booster upgraded this year. TV stays with the unit. Only negative is some marks on the interior wood paneling where a previous owner had lights / clock. Includes a awesome HD hitch with sway bars along with electric tongue jack.
