A great little motorhome for a couple/small family and easy to drive. Air conditioning unit has been replaced with a heat pump that does a very good job of heating and cooling. Refrigerator less than 2 years old. Motorhome seats upgraded with memory foam. Custom made removable carpet. Lighting has been upgraded to low power LED. Driver side slideout has a topper. Propane generator powers the motorhome for dry-camping. Tires are in good condition. Winter storage has been inside an enclosed building. Cargo container on back and equiped with a tow package. Leveling jacks included. If it wasn't for my age and the need to climb into the over-cab bed, we would not be selling.
