We absolutely love this unit. Only selling to upgrade. VERY well maintained. Stored inside year round. Washed after every use. Ceramic coat on windshield. Exterior in excellent condition. 
New hydraulic pump, new water heater, new HWH control pad, new ice maker, upgraded flatscreen TV in master bedroom, upgraded flatscreen TV in living room. We have all owners manuals with specs and further details. Oil changes and maintenance always done before needed. Maintenance records/receipts available. Everything is in working condition except the fuel gauge. We have had it looked at by an RV mechanic with no luck. Please feel free to reach out with any questions.
