This camper was purchased in September of 2020 and used as a second home during the rebuild of our house due to Hurricane Laura. It has only been on the road once and that was to bring it to our home, where it has been since. The camper was just recently professionally cleaned on the inside and is in excellent condition. The master bedroom has a brand new Olympic queen Brooklyn Signature Hybrid mattress (paid $800). The mattress was only slept on for approximately a month (a set of sheets and comforter is provided). The master bedroom closet has a washer/dryer hookup and a shelving unit inside along with a tv hookup. There is a small chest of drawers (3 drawers) in the master bedroom along with storage under the bed. The main bathroom has a full size shower, toilet, under the sink cabinet and a mirror with a cabinet above the sink. The kitchen was well used and we will be leaving a set of dishes for four, silverware, and toaster. The living room has a 50" television that came with camper along with the electric fireplace and a sofa that pulls out for sleeping. The kitchen table has enough setting for four adults. The second bedroom has been maintained well and has two bunks along with a couch. There is a tv hookup in the shelving unit. The bathroom shower was rarely used. It has a cabinet under the sink along with a mirror cabinet and cabinets behind the toilet. We will also provide the power strip surge protector, a set of jacks, and sewer hoses. There is an outdoor kitchen with small fridge and grill (grill has ever been used). The camper has outside storage that is located under the master bedroom. The exterior length is 43 feet, exterior height is 13.2 feet, and exterior width is 96 inches.
