I bought this camper from an older couple in Florida who had used it 4 times. My wife and I towed it a handful of times and then lived in it for 12 weeks while we renovated our house. We have a tiny camper and enjoy traveling in that so we are selling this now that the house project is complete. I have made many upgrades, and I will list them below.

There is no problems with the camper; when you come look and walk through it you will see how nice and clean it is. I will include basically everything you need to go camping. If you want the toaster we can include that too!

Here is a list of improvements I made since I bought it:

• Max Air fan
• Resealed roof
• Conditioned rubber membrane roof
• Resealed slide walls
• New Goodyear Endurance tires (5 of them)
• New wheel for 2nd spare so I have 2 spare tires
• Mounted both spares underneath camper with custom BAL mount
• Electric Fireplace
• Strengthened rear bumper to hold bike rack etc
• New locking TV mount for living room with mounted Vizio sound bar and subwoofer
• New Amazon Fire TV for bedroom and mount to put it outside under the awning
• Removed plastic toilet and replaced with upgraded Dometic porcelain toilet with slow close lid
• New mattress for master, cut to size (Sleepy brand from Mattress Firm $500)
• Wall mounted fan in master
• Rug for kitchen
• 3” foam toppers on both mattresses in bunkhouse
• Installed pixie lights in master
• Wired in backup camera, which wasn't prewired
• Installed shelves in bedroom cabinets for storing clothes in 11” cube storage containers
• 2 new golf cart batteries on tongue, wired up to make 12v for the inverter
• Water pressure regulator, filter, and quick connect fitting for hose
• Included fresh water hose, grey hose, dump hoses
• Included top of the line 30amp surge protector
• New refrigerator (the original unit quit working so we just replaced it with this unit from Lowes)
• Refrigerator latch for indoor and outdoor fridge
• Magnetic door latches for doors inside so you can prop them open without toe kicks.
• New window with shade in door
• keyless entry
• Towel heater in bathroom

The biggest upgrade we did was to remove the cheap RV furniture and retrofit this sectional and desk in the slide. It's very comfy and feels like home.
