This RV is extremely clean and in excellent condition with fewer than 20,000 miles on the road.

Easy to drive and park at 24 feet in length, but big enough to have a comfortable bathroom and ample space to lounge, eat, and even work, this model is in the sweet spot for liveability.

Lofty 6'7" ceilings give the interior a spacious feeling, and high-quality upholstery and cabinets give it an elegant ambiance.

The main living area has multiple configurations. Double sofas (as seen in pictures below) are comfortable for lounging and enjoying the great stereo system, and for meals, the sofa on the right becomes a dinette. For sleeping, the sofas merge into a king-size bed, and there is also a queen-size bed that lowers from the ceiling. Both may be used at the same time if you have company.

Heating (propane-powered) and air conditioning keep interior temperatures comfortable in sweltering and freezing weather, but in the case of warm weather, I have found that merely opening the side windows creates a pleasant cross-breeze and makes the interior very pleasant well into the 80s.

One item in the rv is not working: the motor in the ceiling fan in the living room. I have accordingly reduced the price by $500, which will allow the buyer to purchase and install a top of the line fan, such as a Dometic Fan-Tastic, or to enjoy the savings if they do not miss the fan, as I did not.

This model includes many optional upgrades, including tasteful upholstery and cabinets, upgraded television and stereo, a microwave/convection oven, a heated drainage system, and a second coach battery. It is also equipped with a generator that uses the gas tank as a fuel source, an automatic extending/retracting awning, and various other standard amenities listed in images below. I will also be happy to give the new owner a few indispensable items that I have acquired, such as leveling blocks and a cover, at no extra charge.

This rv has been stored covered for most of its life and maintained well. It has just had its oil changed, roof, tires, and batteries professionally inspected, and fresh water tank sanitized. The first owner was a punctilious family friend who kept it covered at all times. I acquired it in August of 2020 and have to let it go due to an upcoming move.
