A COZY CAMPER FOR TWO LOVE BIRDS OR A SMALL FAMILY!! 2019 Mesa Ridge 291RLS Camper, was purchased new in August 2019. The camper is pet friendly with all wood floors! It also features a food and water drawer under the fridge, with bowls that stow away when not in use. Camper has two slides, adjacent to each other opening up the living space to a very large spacious area! The kitchen has an island in the middle and all the conveniences of home, with two large storage cabinets for pots and pans. The living room has two pet friendly, power recliners with heat and massage and blue lighting underneath. Also a new style pull out couch that makes into a comfortable queen size bed, a flat screen tv, fireplace with a great heater that warms the entire camper in no time, and surround sound system with DVD player and Bluetooth capability. The kitchen has a booth, with great storage area underneath. It also has an oversized, spacious refrigerator, & a large stainless steel double sided deep sink to clean dishes or prep food. The bathroom has a large corner shower, sink and porcelain toilet. There is a nice linen/storage cabinet space in the bathroom. The bedroom has a queen bed, and nice storage under and over bed for clothes and blankets. The unit is 50 amp and has the capability for a second a/c unit if you wanted too. The camper is also solar prepped and is prepped for a rear camera mount. There is an area devoted for a TV mount in the bedroom. It has a 10 gallon water tank and electric or gas water heater. The water heater can be ran on electric or gas. The air works great, and the heater works very well to. The fireplace is also a electric heater and can heat the camper very well if it is not to cold. We purchased the upgraded, sturdier steps and had them installed. It has an electric awning on each slide with blue lights & speakers with great sound! It is a four seasons camper I have had it in weather down to 0° and is rated for -15°. If you keep your hoses wrapped in the winter time it will help from freezing up. I never had any issue with it freezing up. It has an electric jack that makes it very easy hooking up to it. Comes with all the cords and cables you need and all the waste tank hoses. It also comes with a hitch & sway bars to keep camper stable while pulling. Large storage area in the underbelly on the front of the camper. It is a great camper I just need something bigger now that my family is growing. The camper weighs 6,900 pounds dry.
