I bought this not as a toyhauler, but for a office. This unit has never had a toy inside. I am no longer using for business and down sizing. We used this mostly in 2015 and 2016 and last five years just took it to Florida once a year and a few weekends around home. Unit is in great shape and hoping someone looking to save money over new unit would like to purchase. Always clean roof once a year, which was replaced several years ago, due to driving thru low trees. New tires put on two years ago and only 5000 miles on the tires. Fifth Wheel hitch for truck is available as well. Have satellite unit that goes with unit. Unit has every option that was available at time of purchase. Unit is stored inside for winter. This unit was built in 2014 and is not the junk the RV companies are building today.
