Amazing, much loved family travel trailer! Only selling because we upgraded to a larger Grand Design (we loved this one so much we didn't consider any other MFR). Many thoughtful modifications that make it better than new! Unit has been meticulously cleaned/maintained regularly. Currently located in Pontiac, IL but we may move it to our storage facility in Joliet, IL.

Bearings repacked/brakes checked in May 2021. Slides, seals & windows greased regularly.
Roof checked regularly for cracks/tears, no water leaks.
Window over couch was replaced as warranty by Grand Design because it did not close properly. It's perfect now!
Bunkhouse window screens are very tight/cannot reinsert, Grand Design is sending replacements.
1 AC, added MaxxAir fan in Master. Never missed the second AC, even in the FL Keys!
Ugraded the dealer battery to an Interstate group 24 12V in Oct 2020
LCI Slim Shade/tinted windows installed on both doors

There is an outstanding recall that just came out for the LP regulator, we are going to try to get it repaired ASAP or it can be done by any Grand Design dealer.

NADA Guides recommends a suggested price over $40K on this unit. Looking to sell at this very fair price to a family who will love it as much as we have! Has almost everything you need to take off for the rest of the camping season ASAP!
