this RV was purchased new in late May of 2021 and was taken on one road trip of approximately 1900 miles, The stove, oven, shower and generator have never been used and it has been meticulously maintained. Included will be pots,pans, cooking utensils, silverware and dishes for 4 people as well as high quality black and grey wastewater drain hoses, connectors and hose supports, this is like brand new inside and out. If you desire a Pro Pride 3P hitch that is also brand new and cost $3600 could be included for an additional $3300. These hitches are simply amazing and well worth the money. There is literally no trailer sway at any speed regardless of road conditions or wind gusts. Super safe! Please be aware that there have been two separate 7% price increases from Grand Desings since I purchased this RV in late May and there are literally none available in the local markets until August .
