Great FLOORPLAN - Georgetown 351DS - Bunkhouse with extra bunk

Our family has loved the Georgetown, the perfect family layout. Vehicle serviced at Forest River factory, less than 2 miles away. Owner has had all necessary upgrades, ready to use tonight. 5 TVs, many with DVD, 1 outside in compartment. New tires. Helwig aftermarket suspention and steering stabilzer. Tons of storage, inside and outside. 22 cubic foot residential referigerator with inverter. 5 batteries. New couch, new euro chair. The best over cab bunk system (not the crappy motorized kind).

Generator and main engine serviced regularly. All paperwork is bound and included.

Triple electric entry step, power patio awning, all slides have awning toppers, front and rear molded fiberglass caps with paint. Rear pass through storages with driver side mega storage. Full LCI hydro 4 pt leveling. New tires.

Cockpit area noise cancelling installed, power front visor/shade. Swivel driver & passenger seats. New euro chair with recliner and trifold sofa to replace the mid-2000 furniture peeling epidemic and hide-a-bed with metal. 12' main slide, built correctly with storage above dinette (newer models do not have this). Huge solid surface countertop with sink covers, stove cover, and 30" over the range microwave, plus more overhead storage.

Sleeping areas include main queen bed, 2 bunks with ladder and curtains in slide, fold down bunk over cockpit, tri-fold sofa, and slide down dream dinette, sleeping up to 10 comfortably.

Storage is abundant with a full wall of storage in main bedroom, along with overhead storage next to and over the main bed. Drawers under the bunks, and across from bunks. Bathroom is loaded with storage.

This coach has been used regularly and works. No need to worry if it was sitting around. It has been well taken care of.
