I have decided to sell our 2011 Trailmanor 3124KB. We are the second owners of this camper and the dealer that I purchased it from said that the original owner only used the camper 1 or 2 times and due to the great condition of the camper I think that was true--the oven still had the factory packing in it--and we never used the oven. I think that it is fair to say that this camper is in above average condition and it is exceptionally clean. Non smoker and no pets.
Everything works as it should. Approx. dry axle weight 3090lbs., approx tongue weight 448lbs., approx load capacity 1227lbs. It has 2 roof vents, a Fantastic fan, A/C, oven--never used, am/fm radio-CD player, custom TV mount, Norcold 3 way refrigerator, Smoke detector, CO & LP gas detector, microwave, 3 burner cooktop, 20,000 furnace, factory installed rear hitch, swing away front hitch which shortens storage length by 2 ft., 15" radial tires, front and rear TV/cable outlets, four scissor leveling jacks, TV antenna w/ booster, front window with curtain and stone guard, electric tongue jack, and outdoor shower.
I replaced the factory steel wheels with mag wheels, install a digital clock-thermometer, added a shelf in the rear storage cabinet, made a custom privacy curtain at the front bathroom wall, replaced all of the 3/8" bolts on the lift system with stainless steel bolts that do not rust. I also added a custom dump hose starage next to the black and gray drain ports.
I added several small wooden boxes to the under sink cabinet and couch to keep stored items from sliding during travel. I upgraded the the shower head. The awning is in perfect working order also.
I organized all of the various owners manuals into a three ring binder with tabed dividers listing all of the individual items.
All personal items in the photos stay with the owner.
