This is a great fifth wheel as well as a toy hauler with a swing-down ramp and enough cargo space for a variety of off-road vehicles such as ATVs, dirt bikes, jet skis, canoes, snowmobiles or motorcycles.  When the toys are out, two large electric beds come down on tracks to make a rear bedroom for four with its own door to the outside and sleeping loft above big enough for two more. Through the big doors you have a tall living area with ceiling fan, second door, two couches which can both convert to tables and a Jensen Flat Screen TV with DVD/CD player.  Across the room, you have a kitchen with a 2-bay sink, Wedgewood Vision 3-burner range with oven, and Dometic Refrigerator/Freezer.  The front bedroom has a walk-around queen bed, closet, sink and shower, with private room for the toilet.  It is in fair to good condition.  It is missing an awning, needs some body work and the decals are peeling.  The price is adjusted accordingly.  It also includes rear ladder, leveling jacks, and much more.
