2020 Dutchmen Coleman Lantern 337BH

I bought this travel trailer for my family and I to use on the weekends while building our house on the water in Hudson. Unfortunately for me two weeks after I took delivery of the trailer I received a warning notice from code enforcement that travel trailers / RV's were not permitted to be stored or parked on a vacant lot until home construction was complete. The travel trailer had never been used and was brand new when I bought it (2020). The trailer has been prepped for use, but only slept in twice. A second AC unit was installed to combat the hot summer months, so there should not be any issue keeping this trailer cold. We have never trailered it anywhere, nor did we intend to. Everything on this trailer is brand new. I have no need for this trailer otherwise I would certainly keep it. It's a gorgeous trailer and has everything a family could want.
