Rear bunkhouse floor plan with Murphy Bed - Sleeps 5

This floorplan has a really efficient use of space. The Murphy bed lifts up to give you a relaxing sofa during the day, and when down, a heated queen size bed. Along with the bunks in the rear, the dinette folds into another bed, allowing you to easily sleep 5 people.
The kitchen has solid surface counter tops, a double under mount kitchen sink, a 3 burner cook top with glass cover, an oven, an over head microwave oven with an exhaust hood and a double door refrigerator. Over the dinette is an entertainment center with TV, DVD player and speakers that play inside and out. The TV can also be positioned under the awning to watch outside.
The bathroom has a tub/shower combo, a sink with underneath storage, medicine cabinet and toilet.
There is lots of storage with wardrobes and nightstands on either side of the Murphy bed, an additional wardrobe next to the bunks, overhead cabinets throughout, several exterior storage areas, as well as a pass through storage area.
The 15' electric awning has LED strip lights. It has an electric power hitch jack, a rear ladder, and an outside shower. It also has two 30lb propane tanks and a propane grill that attaches to the side. There are 30 gal black/grey water tanks, a 43gal fresh water tank, and a 6gal DSI Gas/Electric Hot Water tank.
This light weight RV tows well with a Honda Pilot SUV. I can include the Equal-i-zer weight distributing hitch with sway control - you will have to set it up for your tow vehicle.
