Needs some work:

• Replace part of flooring in slide where window leaked (see photo)
• Vinyl floor in kitchen was removed - ready for new subfloor covering
• Refrigerator does not turn on
• Minor leak in pipe under shower (no damage, just needs plumbing work)
• Awning probably needs to be replaced

Our family made many wonderful memories in this camper, it was our home for several months traveling across the country! We hope the next owner enjoys it as much as we have!
