Great open floorplan, ample storage inside and under front bedroom. 12-volt 10.7 cu. ft fridge/freezer (Everchill), fireplace, TV in main living area, full oven/stove, Jensen radio/CD, large sink, 18-ft awning, and full pantry. We added the slide topper, ladder, and vent cover, which were installed at dealership. Orignally slept 4, now sleeps 5 adults. We added really nice extra's: 11" mattress (queen short), queen sleeper sofa, and a Haloview 360 backup camera and side cameras. We changed out the dinette into a sleeper sofa instead and built a 70" banquet for seating/sleeping and storage. Much better use of space, comfort, and function. We've got a 4-foot portable table for use inside/out, and can be used in front of banquet or sofa. 20+ gal blue boy can be included as well, if needed. We've used the unit 3 times in Tampa/St. Pete area, no pets have been inside yet, and no smoking, so it's like new condition. Unit is priced below new market value and available to see on 7/1/21. Decorations do not come with unit. The queen short sheets set and custom fitted bedspread with shams can stay if preferred. Also, if interested, we've got a Husky TS centerline WDH (6-mos old) that is great to use and Bellacorp TPMS (brand new, not used), will sell separate for $800.
