Ultra by Gulf Stream. Good condition, this rig is ready to roll. We as a family have put over 10,000 miles on it and basically had zero problems with the engine and transmission. I did get the transmission flushed and oil changed in 2018. Put new tires on in 2018. Just changed the oil again and at regular intervals .Almost all the lighting has been retrofitted to Led , including headlights and taillights. In dash Backup camera , , DVD player. GN-480 Industrial Generac generator with 262 hrs. New Ac fan motor , New Ac cover . Refrigerator has a new control board.
It was parked in a shed before I started using it 2018 and has been stored inside for most of the time since I have it. The roof has a few small repairs but the rubber is in good shape. We lived in it for three weeks about a year ago and got it to where it had no leaks. It does have some minor water damage in a couple of places.
