Selling as a package, our 2019 Montana 3700lk and 2015 Dodge Ram 3500 Dually.

The fifth wheel is a 2019 20th anniversary addition with rear kitchen, mid living room, aft king sized bed. Laundry prep, fridge is RV gas electric version of residential. All stainless steel appliances.

All contents such as leveling blocks, chocks, tripod, power conditioner, hoses sewer and water come with. In addition, we are replacing the toilet with a dometic 320, and putting on a new rim we just got in for replacement of a cracked one.

If desired, all kitchen contents such as utensiles, pots and pans, Tupperware etc can go with package.

Unit has been awesome but no longer needed. Both a/C's are strong, heat pump is awesome and furnace the same.

The truck, -. Awesome truck and I hate to part with it but must to offset upside down in fifth wheel.

It is a 2015 Dodge Ram with 86k miles, dually, Cummings, def required, 8 ft bed, transfer flow combination fuel tank tool box, transfer flow tank automatically starts filling oem tank when half empty. Goose neck plate rated at 20klbs holds Reese with wheel hitch ratted at same.
No issues with truck ever, we change oil every 4k with rotella and fuel filters every 5k.

We as the owners are going to replace the two front tires as it is time. Also, the wheels are not stock. They are Mayham mags and one year old.

We are asking 118k for the package deal including all extras and what I said we were already going to do such as two new front tires of same type and a new toilet which is recently in need of replacement and will be done tomorrow.

Currently, this package is in Hardeeville sc until July 4th and then we head to Lumberton nc.
