Great Floor plan. Excellent condition inside and out. Lived all of its life in New Mexico and has been well maintained, and recently serviced. New vinyl floor, new LED light fixtures inside and out, solid surface counter tops, new faucets through out, new cabinet hardware. Roof well maintained with no leaks. New LED headlights, new slide out awning covers, new coach and chassis batteries. Good tires. Blue Ox vehicle tow system. No leaks in water tanks. Newmar is well known for their build quality and you'll notice the difference (It's built like a tank) and has every option available. It has 102k mostly highway miles which is just getting broken in for a diesel engine.
