This is an excellent cozy trailer! We are the second owners and even have the original owners manual and paperwork. No weird smells or stains. Can sleep up to 6, has a walk around queen bed , jackknife sofa, and a dinette table that turns into a bed. One big slide and 14 ft ceilings make this trailer feel very open! Been regularly maintained and serviced. This is a classic trailer and we always get comments on how nice it is. Will come with all your hoses, ladders etc. Both interior and exterior are in very good condition. Awning is great shape
