Excellent condition! Only used twice last season in MA, and only used for one weekend this year. Currently set up at a month long site at KOA Boston/Cape Cod. Upgrades are dealer installed surge protector and slide out awning. Still smells new, never smoked in. We are selling to purchase a small drivable class c. Will include weight distribution/anti-sway hitch bought from Pete's RV. Still under Jayco factory warranty.
