We have truly enjoyed our 2017 Newmar Ventana LE 4037 and are finally ready to let it go. We purchased it in August of 2017 and have added a ton of extras.

Whether you are looking for a weekend getaway option or a full-time home, this Newmar Ventana LE has everything you need – and then some. You won’t be roughing it with a bathroom and a half bath, a King Sleep Number bed, Whirlpool washer and dryer, entertainment inside and out, and custom Amish-made, electric, reclining theater seating with butter soft leather. There is also a jackknife sofa directly across from it for your guests to sit and/or sleep on. The captain and co captain chairs swivel for additional living room seating.

The dining area is a table that can be extended and two foldable wooden chairs. This motorhome has an office option - built in keyboard storage and cabinet for printer and computer equipment.

This coach comes standard with gas stove, convection/microwave oven, residential sized refrigerator, three interior TVs, two air conditioners, and all of the comforts of home.

We have added equipment to improve wifi capabilities and entertainment options - including a Winegard satellite system, a Weboost, Peplink router, and a Xbox 1X to control all of the entertainment equipment. Your purchase will also include a Blue Ox towing system, Tire Pressure Monitoring System, Battery watering system, Custom exterior window screens for the cab, water softener, Garmin GPS for tractor trailers, EMS Surge Protector, and more.

There RV is in good used condition. There is an entertaining story to go along with a damaged bay door on the passenger side. It is still functional and usable, but has a dent and touched up paint. We have a quote from Newmar in Indiana to repair it for $1,500.00. You will have to talk to me to get the story!
