Full Disclosure:
* Has a spot we fixed on the front from where I parked to close to a tree. It is already repaired, but needs touch up paint.
* Dead bolt lock works perfect. The second lock for the door, which we never use (because everyone has the same dumb key that owns a class A) needs repaired. We just never fixed it because it seemed useless barring the dead bolt has always worked.
* We know of no leaks.
* The leather chairs and couch are in very good shape. We keep the leather treated to help prevent cracking.
