New Tires & bearings, brand New front landing gear jacks, newer house batteries, A/C units serviced & work great. Surround a sound, TV hookup in the storage belly. Generator barely used. Slides great. Redone inside. No leaks. 2 recliners & couch. Needs a table. I used that space for my Granddaughters padded up sleeping area when she came. Does need some things when you choose that does not affect use of unit. Needs carpet cleaned, a couple inside light fixtures fixed, a couple shades restrung heater serviced. Awning has corner tear from wind (I have the awning tape). Faded a bit from sun. Needs a good bath & detail.
The bottom where hitch is has some bulge. Was checked back then and no inside damage, dried and re sealed. You can replace on your own or have it done. Does not affect use. Has served our family well. Offering at a very fair lower price to take care of some of these things. Value is over 23k! Let's make a deal, just bought a coach!
