This RV is like new with only 1,764 miles. We love the Motorhome but due to health reasons have not been able to use and enjoy it. It is housed in a heated and dehumidified space. This unit is smoke-free / pet free and has only been used once over a two-day weekend. Is meticulously maintained with all service records and yearly dealer maintenance and inspections to ensure the unit keeps its warranty.
This RV can sleep eight comfortably. There's a beautiful panoramic window on the cab over bunk (holds up to 750 pounds) that supports two adults or a group of grandkids, a queen size bed that sleeps two, a tri-fold sofa that holds two more adults and a dinette area that makes into a bed for two additional people. It has automatic leveling jacks and can be set-up within a minute! This unit has amazing closet space and a very comfortable bedroom. The unit is extremely well equipped: it has two AC units, one in the living room and one in the bedroom, comes with the larger 12 cubic foot refrigerator, a porcelain toilet, and an outside television (dealer installed option: adjustable / swivel mount) and two additional TVs inside. Has the tow package and can tow up to 7,500 pounds. We added a few additional nice to have items; RVLOCK Keyless entry, an additional ducted dealer installed air conditioner, King One Pro – Dish Satellite package (2 x Wally’s and wired to outside TV), On-Demand Girard Hot-Water Heater, Maxxair Vent Covers and extra cabin battery.
