I am 2nd owner and used it 4 times since i bought it.(jan 2020). It has upgrades that include heaters in all holding tanks and under skirting for winter weather. New battery, one TV, indoor outdoor stereo w/cd player, one slide out,, Automatic gas electric. I will include wood cribbing for leveling, sway bar , 50' heated hose, sewage hoses, and garden hose for summer use
