Outside grill and refridgerator never even used. Full size queen bed (no murphy bed) and two large rear bunk beds never used, slide out dining table, full bath room, double kitchen sink with upgraded faucet, two burner range, microwave, large refrigerator/freezer, air conditioning and furnace, lots of storage. Large awning. Added power tongue jack and roof cover over central fan. No other modifications made so it is a clean slate for a new owner to decorate and customize. It's like new. Comes with all hoses, cords etc. that are needed for full hook up. Has 30 AMP power.
