New tents replaced under warranty last fall, 2 20# lgas tanks, 2 group 27 batteries, Kurt load leveling/anti sway hitch, cover, wheel covers, leveling blocks, wheel chocks, outside gas’s grill, mount to move TV outside under awning, fresh water hose, extra 50’ 30 amp extension chord, extra foam bunk cushions, etc..

Adult use only, toilet never used,  used 4 times.  It’s still winterized, will prep for use upon request or leave winterized.

Will consider local delivery.
