Excellently cared for TT with 1 year transferable insurance remaining on policy, $50 deductible. Outdoor kitchen with mini fridge & swing arm 2 burner cooktop. Inside with front master and separate back bunkhouse. Bunkhouse with bunks on left and right - right side has a bottom dinette that converts to a bed and upper bunk can secure up out of the way. Queen master mattress was new 3years ago and has always had an extra mattress protector on it. Dinette and couch are 1 large slide out. Slide gave us issues after purchase and ended up getting completely replaced; both tracks and new motor, have not had any issues since. Tons of storage in the camper!

Everything works: TV, stereo and surround speakers (to include outside), cable connections, microwave, oven/cooktop, fridge/freezer.

Front power jack. Large awning with newly replaced motor. Included will be a complete vinyl skirt that snaps on/off the camper. No water damage from overhead leaks (all seals inspected by RV dealer 2 years ago). Water damage to bath vanity and outdoor kitchen 'faux' wood was replaced and matches. Bathroom was from a loose plumbing connection to the tub. The outdoor kitchen was from condensation from a partially open fridge. Extra pictures can be sent upon request!
