Some of the best attributes of this Fifth Wheel are the RV king bed, queen sofa/bed, second bedroom/office and sleeping loft that our kids loved. Easily sleeps 8-10 as the dining table has a booth that folds down to another bed. The bench seats have even more storage beneath. We installed a Frizzlife reverse osmosis water filtration system in the kitchen that is amazing and keeps you from having to travel with bottled water. It also has a stacked washer and dryer that made doing laundry more convenient. The two electric recliners bring the comfort of home with you on the road. The added fairy lights in the dining/living and master bedroom area make this RV cozy at night.
There are self-leveling jacks that make set up a breeze. Lots of storage gives you the ability to bring everything you think you might need and then some. Each of the four slides has slide awnings for peace of mind and added protection. The two electric awnings truly make a nice outdoor living area and are well-lit at night with LED lights. There are even speakers outside that are linked to the indoor stereo system.

The outdoor kitchen has a convenient mini-fridge, grill, and cutting board, all of which sit at a very convenient height due to the drop frame construction of this model. We are also including an extra hose that allows you to hook up any personal gas grill from the quick disconnect outlet under the outdoor kitchen. There are all the necessities to take this camping today, including: a brand new sewer hose, 2 gallons of RV Digest (Black/Grey tank treatment), fresh water hose (heated), tank flush hose (always use separate from the fresh!), stabilizer jack plates (Lego Blocks), stabilizing jack, 50 AMP surge protector w/ 30 AMP plug adapter as well. This RV has it all! Our family really enjoyed it for the 7 months of full timing that we spent with it, but since we won’t be traveling in the near future we have decided to sell it.
