This 24' rig is just the right size for a couple or small family. The size makes it possible to get into virturally any campground in state and national park where size restrictions are normal. There is no body damage or rust. The E-450 chassis and V10 run easily down the road and we have averaged 8-10 mpg.

All appliances stove, oven, refrig/freezer, furnace, water heater, A/C, water and electrical systems, generator work perfectly and the interior is in excellent condition showing almost no wear and tear. The slide-out queen bed is easily accessed. The awning is electically operated and has LED lights underneath.

This is our 3rd motorhome in 30+ years and we are selling due to physical limitations.
