It has NEW Hercules tires with less than 100 miles on them. Battery is one year old. The auto level feature is wonderful! The sway bar package is upscale and works well for a steady ride! We have successfully used our half ton pickup to pull this camper!

This camper is like pulling your hotel room behind you! It is sooo roomy! The bedroom complete with king sized bed and underbed storage and plenty of closet space compliments couples or families alike. We used both the indoor and outdoor kitchens equally. The outdoor kitchen is wired for an outdoor tv. Indoor Kitchen is layed out well. All drawers are in excellent condition and close perfectly. All doors throughout, cupboards, entertainment, storage, kitchen, bathroom, bedroon and outdoor kitchen work perfectly and have no damage. The fireplace is not only beautiful but works great to heat the whole camper on a fall evening, we rarely used the propane tank. We love the polar package and no pipes frozen. The beautiful laminate floors clean easily and run throughout the camper. Small amounts of carpet are on the two large slide areas in dining and recliner areas. No smoking allowed!
