Description

  • Summer and Winter Use Super Clean Well Maintained With Many Upgrades
Cockpit and Driving: Upgraded Kenwood Stereo and speakers, hands free phone,Carplay Audio video and navigation.
Rainsensor wipers,Distance warning sys,Blind spot warning sys,BU Camera, lane warning sensors, heated seats and mirrors. My new Mercedes class C has none of these. This drives like a normal van with plenty of power, 16-17 mpg at 80 mph,20-22 at 70, my wife has no problem driving this like a race car when I am sleeping.
Electric: New Interstate Agm Batteries (3) 500 Amp hour total, 300 watt solar panel charging system, 1500watt inverter/charger,Battery separator, Vitron Energy monitoring system with bluetooth, 2500 watt Onan Propane generator (36 hours) Solar unit fully charges batteries during day and does not need sun.
Water: Insulated and 12 Volt Heated 10 gal Black, 21 gal Grey and 36 gal Fresh Water Tanks.
"Kompensator" low voltage 12 volt heating system with thermostats, insulated and aluminum wrap on all undercarriage water lines. I took to Ohio at Christmas in single digit weather for two weeks with no problem.
Propane: 16 Gal Tank ,6 Gal. hot water tank, Two burner cook top. Also has outside plug in for propane firepit and BBQ grill.
A/C heating: Wall thermostat controlled
Bathroom:
Toilet, Sink, Shower, Large mirror, Power bath fan. Worked well for my wife and I but might be unconfortable for large size people.
Other Amenities: Thermostat controlled roof fan. Great for opening the windows at night and no noisy ac.
Flat screen TV with power antenna extender and blueray player with dolby surround sound and subwoofer under the sofa/bed in rear.
Electric fold down king size bed.
Granite counter top.
Refrigerator/Freezer: 3.6 cu ft 12v/110v. I take a portable 54 qt dual volt fridge camping so no ice needed.
Convection Microwave. Bakes nice cakes and is powerful to reheat and cook in.
Rear doors fold 270 degree all the way back to the side of the rv with a magnetic holder and a full zip in rear screen covers the opening.
Electric awning with side posts that attached to the rv. I prefer this over automatic units that retract with a little wind. This can stay open as it is and will keep the rail or sun out even if it is breezy. It is neet to see your neighbors scramble in the rain when their awnings retract in the rain.
New Michelin all season tires installed last year.
Two removable tables one in the back and one in the front.
3000 lb occupant and cargo capacity.
