We purchased this and had the an extra AC unit added to the back section of it with all the wiring too. Comes with Front Mount on Tongue New Generator, Shower (inside & outside), TV can be added to where Queen Bed is upfront) Full Size Bed in Back (on electric lift) Toilet, Stove, Sink, Refrigerator, Stereo, 2 Propane tanks, Electric Jack, Awning, Microwave, and etc.

It has the sliding Glass door in it and we put a Brand New shower curtain for privacy across in it. Reason we added the Brand New extra AC in the back from the trailer dealership was for Second sleeping quarters. (Plus whomever sleeps in the back section has their own ac if the sliding door is closed). We put 2 Brand New Memory Foam Mattresses in it with Brand new Columbia cool (non sweating) Mattress covers and sheets too that we bought at Kohl's.
We NEVER used the trailer. Bought it paying Cash (Clear Title) and it is in my driveway. Our Loss, Your Gain. Trailer had minor service done to it. Newer Generator serviced. New spring on back door, marker lights sealed, new Batteries, new latches on back door, and etc. over $700.00 for service that we are not charging you for. Picked up already and Ready to Go to its new home and owner that will Enjoy it! The floor plan is like the one shown in the picture but with the sliding glass door and the full sized bed on a lift in the back. The table is stored on the wall in the restroom.
