Our kids have grown, so we are selling the best fifth wheel we have ever owned. I will highlight some of the best features but you should come see it to appreciate everything. This has 3 large slides. All the slides have the added awning over them. The two in the back are both huge and open for a large living room, dining room and kitchen. It comes with a 40 inch flat screen TV to watch movies together. There are 2 lazy boys opposite of the couch which folds out to make a bed for two. It has a real kitchen table and 4 chairs. The kitchen has the island with the sink in it.
The bathroom has a tub (with shower) which is hard to find in an RV.
The master bedroom also has a slide for the queen bed. Across from the bed is a dresser and another flat screen TV. The master also has the optional second AC unit. There is a full closet all across the front of the master. There is also a hook up for a washer and dryer. Lots of storage.
Outside there are some nice upgrades. There is heavy duty G rated tires so they should last forever. There is a complete remote controlled levelling system which was a $12,000 added option. In addition there are two more electric jacks in the back and a stabilizer for the king pin box which makes the unit nice and stable when your parked. There is a large pass through storage and the doors have the slam latches for easy closing. There is a rear rack where we hauled our generator. It folds up when not being used. There is also a reese hitch for pulling another trailer behind the fifth wheel. I will include sewer hoses and other things like a 50 amp extension cord and a huge woven mat for under the awning.
Because I had a shortbox truck, I invested in a PullRite Superglide hitch which cost over $2000. You can have it for $500. My 2012 F350 Superduty Lariat diesel is also available. It has less than 150k on it. It will be for sale after the fifth wheel sells or as a package deal. It is $33,500 or make offer with the fifth wheel.
