Like new travel trailer. Used 12 times. Modifications I have made are: Added digital thermostat for heater. Added backsplash to kitchen area. Converted main storage drawer to a hinged door. Drawer kept coming out while traveling. Added a towel bar to bathroom and moved bathroom hooks to back of Murphy bed to hang coats or jackets. Changed shower head to low flow. Changed kitchen faucet aerator to low flow. Added easy drain valve to water heater. The MBS model has rooftop AC, Combo  microwave/convection oven, 3 burner propane stove, television  with mount that can be moved to outside mounting for watching, rear kitchen, rear dry bath, front living area. Sleeping area is a Murphy bed. Bed is short queen. A folding table is stored under the couch. Unit has motorized awning and under awning LED light strip with remote control. Outside shower.  I am including weight distribution hitch, Jackit Bike carrier for 2 bikes, Andersen leveler, BAL Locking wheel chock, ADCO cover, Andersen Jack Block.
