This rig is highly loaded from Open Range and this floor plan is somewhat desirable due to the TV not being straight on like most front living floor plans. Also if you are 6 foot tall you can stand up in most areas of this camper and not have to bend over.
We bought the camper in 2018 and have pulled it all over the state of Iowa. In 2019 we had water penetrate the exterior of the bedroom closet slide and as a result we cut part of the floor out of the slide and rebuilt the floor and installed new flooring in the closet. Havent had any other issues wtih leaks. The camper is 38 foot long from pin box to rear bumper. This camper is clean inside, hasn't been smoked in, and no pets have resided in it. Carpets were profressionly cleaned last summer. Great camper we are just wanting to get something different. You can pull it with a 3/4 or 1 ton diesel and not really know its back there. 10,250 unloaded weight. If you have any questions or want to see more pictures let me know. $38,500k obo
