Purchased new in 2016 and the camper is in good shape. I currently have the camper in a paid for camping site with a nice view and it's paid through next season. Comfortably sleeps 4(bed in bedroom and pullout bed in couch in living room). Has AC and heat(via propane tanks) Has been on two camp sites most of its life and towed approx 75 miles
