Unique 5th wheel/gooseneck style camper trailer in nearly perfect condition that can be towed with small pickups. Dry weight of 3,495 lbs and gross weight of 4,500 lbs alows this trailer to be pulled by most 1/2 ton pickups and many smaller pickups (I currently tow this with a 6 cylinder pickup). 22' long; When the single slide is out, you forget the trailer is only 7' wide. Rear shower with skylight, toilet, lavoratory, medicine cabinet, wardrobe, storage, booth dinette, refrigerator, double kitchen sink, 3 burner range with storage below, pull out countertop, pantry slideout; lounge chairs, step up to bedroom, queen bed, wardrobe, overhead cabinets throughout, upgraded window coverings and more. AC/Heat/Plumbing-everything works. Pictures show the trailer with a 5th wheel pin connection but it is currently set up with gooseneck connection.
