Has always been garaged. This model is one of the few years that they were manufactured with a 5ft x 6ft platform on front. Large enough to carry your UTV. Prepped for solar power. Prepped for AC unit. Easy to pull behind smaller vehicles. Pulls extremely well. Mattresses are in excellent condition. Has four rims and tires. Two original rims chrome. The tires on the extra rims are in good shape. Tires on original rims are kept for spares but show wear. The radio / Bluetooth works great. The TV has never been used. I took it out when I bought it and just put it back in to sell. Not sure how well it works, but I'm sure it does. Most of my camping was done off grid. Has a sink with a electric/battery water pump. Not sure the size of the water tank but it is small. Have installed plumbing for outdoor shower. On demand hot water heater is included. Works excellent for the shower. Two burner propane stove works excellent. This thing can go anywhere. Definitely goes places most travel trailers or recreational vehicles cannot!!! There are a few paint chips due to rocks but all in all excellent condition. The front of the trailer has been coated with bedliner to help protect against rock damage from towing vehicle tires. This would be an excellent bug out unit.
