We transitioned to a drivable Van RV. This 27' Fun Finder 245 toy hauler from Cruiser RV is a rare unit in that there are no slides to worry about and has an aluminum build so it is only 4650 lbs dry, with a cargo capacity of 3,115 lbs. It has new tires (8 ply) and a new battery. This unit easily fit our 3 wheel CanAm Spyder RT. (Not Included) There are 8 floor tie downs to easily secure your toys. Even if you don't have toys to haul this floor plan is great because it is light and truly sleeps 8! There are 2 queen beds (the queen in the master has a zinus memory foam mattress and the other is on the happy jack that electrically drops from the ceiling. Both of the sofas are jackknifes which drop into beds. The manufacturer says you can sleep 2 on each, but that would be SMALL people. They each fit one adult easy. So if you need to sleep 8 adults we would just not lower the happy jack bed all the way down and put an inflatable or whatever other queen mattress on the ground. When it was just my wife and I we would leave the happyjack bed up and put our camp chairs under it to have a big living room to watch tv. This unit is a swiss army knife of campers. It is light, no slides to worry about as it ages, has every option and is in truly good condition. It's a 2012 and not perfect, but in really good condition. It could use a good cleaning but mechanically its a solid unit that will serve the next owner for MANY years to come.
