2006 Fleetwood Jamboree 31M with extensive upgrades. Ford Triton 6.8 Liter V10 motor with low 44,800 miles. Completely upgraded a year and half ago with the following NEW items:
Coleman Mach 15 AC/Heat Pump , Maxx Aire 10 speed vent fans, Valterra dump valves, main awning, slide out awning toppers, awning roll up springs, slideout motors, 12V water pump, LED upgraded lighting throughout, Cab stereo JVC CD/USB with Sirius, Pandora etc. New speakers in both doors and also coach living area as well. Sony CD/USB outside stereo and remote with Kicker speakers (2) New 19" flat screen TV's with swivel mounts front and bedroom, 375 Watt solar power system with 2 Trojan T-105 Batteries and 1000 watt Xantrex converter plus Morningstar Sunsaver Duo charge controller. Separate inverter power outlets have been wire to the inside of coach.

Firestone Transforce tires all around including new spare with ONLY 4,000 miles on them 1.5 years old Onan 4000 Microquiet generator with ultra low hours and new fuel pump.

Recent engine complete service. Complete gorgeous total interior restoration including beautiful butcher block kitchen counter top with stainless sink with pull down faucet, backsplash, bathroom renovation with new vanity top and Ikea sink as well as new porcelain toilet. Modern wood trim interior accents and laminate flooring installed. Gas stove and microwave were removed for extra storage as we did the bulk of our cooking on induction plate as it could also be run off the solar system inverter as well as a toaster oven and our BBQ grill, which worked superior to the propane stove. It also saved our propane for precious heating. We left the propane stove connection accessible so it could be reinstalled if needed. Same with microwave. Cabover originally had some small storage cabinets that we removed to create a full cabover area. External storage areas have had Reflectix added to increase weather resistance.

Interior was updated with laminate wood flooring and old dinette removed to accommodate a comfy sofa. Excellent floorplan of the 31M including seperate living and bedroom is bright, open and airy and the coach feels more like a small apartment. Exterior is in incredible condition as it was stored covered. Exterior shines like new. The graphics are painted and not vinyl
